Description

Economy Chafing dish for event caterers and restaurant buffet service. This chafing is designed to keep food hot during service. It is full gastronorm size and contains 2 fuel holders. To use simply pour water in the water pan, light the fuel below and place the food in gastronorm containers on top. You can use different sized gastronorm containers (for example - 2x half size, 3 x 1/3 size. For other formations you may require spacer bars) to keep different types of food hot at the same time. Ensure the water does not fully evaporate. Safety information: Wash food pan before first use and after food has been served. Do not immerse whole product in water. Take great care when using fuel and chafers.
